About Linda Helistö

Linda Helistö is a marketing strategist and business coach, who brings the latest body-mind research into brand building and business growth.

During her time in IT growth companies she led product development projects for clients like Microsoft, started sales from scratch and brought new research-based services to the market. Together with her team she scaled sales over +4000% in the second year of business.

Linda believes in the power of strategic storytelling. She has worked on social media campaigns for companies like L’Oréal and HBO Max, worked on social media marketing projects for medical clinics, and helped professionals to find their new story and translate it to sales and marketing.

In her programs Linda combines her years in startups and market-tested learnings with somatic and intuitive methods.

Why? So that you can find your own, aligned way towards business ease and growth.

Linda holds a Master's Degree in Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. She is a Somatic Experiencing informed coach and has studied the somatic effects of chronic stress under experts like Dr. Peter Levine, PhD, a Medical Biophysicist, Psychotherapist, and former NASA Stress Consultant.

Linda also trains organizations on the neurobiology of difficult emotions and challenging behaviours, and inspiring us to use difficult emotions as guidelines for more joy.

She is the founder of Creative Studio Balthén
and co-founder of Canada’s first sauna industry event, the West Coast Sauna Summit.
